Healthy green smoothie

Apple, Kale & Banana Smoothie

  • 1/2 large apple, chopped
  • 1/2 banana, chopped and frozen
  • A few large leaves of kale, ribs and stems removed
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • handful of ice, if desired

Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Add more orange juice or ice to get desired consistency.
