These little pizzas are just plain good and just a plain crowd pleaser. If you don’t feel like fusing with pizza dough or not in the mood for the less than impressive already made pizza crusts…Naan bread is the way to go. What is even more fun is that the members of the family can create their own personal pizza and enjoy with no limits.

Wondering where these juicy little maters are coming from? Right from Lowell, Michigan at Lettuce Boy Farms. If you can resist snacking on them before they go on your pizza, we will be impressed.

Heirloom Tomato & Olive Naan Pizza

{makes 4 personal pizzas}

~ 2 packages Naan bread

~ 1 cup tomatoes, halved

~ 1/4 arugula leaves

~ 2 balls fresh mozzarella

~ 2 tablespoons olive oil

~ salt & pepper

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place Naan bread on baking sheets. Sprinkle the tomatoes, arugula and olives on pizza. Try to not over do it as less is more on these style of pizzas. Peel chunks of mozzarella off and drop on the pizza.

Drizzle the olive oil lightly over the toppings of the za’. Top with salt & pepper.

Bake for 10-12 minutes or until melted and lightly browned on the edges.

Enjoy!
