Herb Grilled Corn

  • 1/2 cup of unsalted butter, room temperature
  • 1/2 cup green onions, chopped fine
  • 3 tablespoons fresh oregano, chopped fine
  • 3 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped fine
  • 3/4 cup grated Parmesan
  • 6 ears corn on the cob

Add the butter, green onions, oregano and cilantro to a bowl. Mash together with a fork.

Stir in the Parmesan cheese.

Peel back the husks on the corn and remove all the silk.

Spread the herb butter generously over the corn.

Fold back the husk to cover the corn and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

Preheat gas or charcoal grill.

Grill corn for 18 to 20 minutes, turning occasionally.

Serve corn hot in the husk.
