Crisp, refreshing and crunchy is what this dish is all about. Not much to do here besides grabbing a white bowl. The colors, flavors and textures all speak for themselves.
Fresh Greek Salad
1 cucumber, quartered
1 cup tomatoes, quartered
1/2 small red onion, sliced thin
1 cup assorted olives
1/2 cup feta cheese
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon oregeno
salt + pepper to taste
In a bowl combine all the ingredients. Toss to coat. Enjoy! (I told you guys…so easy)
